We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Database.Domains Pro subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
// 1. who handles payments
The Service is operated by Mr Yasn, trading as Database.Domains. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy.
// 2. 30-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of your most recent Pro payment for any reason — including change of mind — within 30 days of the order date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Pro access ends once a refund is issued.
// 3. how to request a refund
Visit paddle.net and enter the email address used at checkout to find your order and request a refund, or email team@database.domains with your order date and the email you purchased with and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
// 4. try before you pay
Every feature category is available on the free plan before you spend anything: database and keyword search with daily limits, bulk lookups, insights, and the first 1,000 ranked labels in the Top lists. Details are on the pricing page.
// 5. cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your account, through Paddle at paddle.net, or by emailing team@database.domains. Cancellation stops future charges and Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel first.
// 6. billing errors
If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or charged an amount that does not match the price shown at checkout, contact team@database.domains or Paddle at paddle.net. Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full.
// 7. statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights in your country, including any statutory right of withdrawal. Where such a right applies, it prevails over this policy.
