// 1. agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Database.Domains, the website at Database.Domains, and any related pages, exports and interfaces (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Mr Yasn, a sole trader trading as "Database.Domains" ("we", "us"). You are contracting with Ahmed Mohamed Hamdi Yasn. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

// 2. the service

Database.Domains provides search, counting and analytics over publicly observable second-level domain labels and the top-level domains under which those labels appear. The dataset is compiled from bulk domain listings and is refreshed periodically.

The data is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the dataset is complete, current, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose. Counts, rankings and TLD lists are best-effort figures derived from snapshots and may lag real registry state. Do not rely on the Service as the sole basis for a purchase, valuation, legal, or investment decision, and always verify availability with a registrar or the relevant registry before acting.

// 3. eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

One account per person or organisation. Sharing a single account across multiple users, or creating additional accounts to reset free usage limits, is a breach of these Terms. Notify us at team@database.domains if you believe your account has been compromised.

// 4. plans, limits and fair use

The Service is offered on a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan includes a limited number of database and keyword searches per day, a limited number of bulk lookups, and access to the first 1,000 ranked labels in the Top lists. Current limits and Pro pricing are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Pro provides unlimited interactive searching for normal individual use. "Unlimited" means unmetered human use of the interface; it does not permit automated bulk harvesting, running the Service through scripts or headless browsers, or reselling capacity to third parties. We may apply rate limits, queueing, or temporary throttling to protect the platform, and may contact or suspend accounts whose usage is materially out of line with normal individual use.

// 5. billing, payments and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are therefore governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms.

Pro is a recurring monthly subscription charged in advance at the price displayed at checkout, including any promotional discount then in effect. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes, which are added where required.

Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account, through Paddle at paddle.net, or by emailing team@database.domains; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated and renews at the standard rate afterwards.

// 6. acceptable use

You agree not to:

• republish, redistribute or resell the dataset or exports as a competing data product;
• scrape, crawl or automate the interface, or circumvent rate limits, paywalls or usage counters;
• use the Service to send unsolicited messages to domain owners or to support spam operations;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of registrar, registry or ICANN policy;
• probe, disrupt or overload the query engine, infrastructure or accounts of other users;
• reverse engineer, copy or create derivative services from the Service's ranking logic.

Exports and copied label lists are licensed to you for your own internal research and domain acquisition workflows only.

// 7. intellectual property

Individual domain labels and TLD strings are facts and are not claimed as our property. The Service itself — its compilation, ranking, structure, software, design, branding and documentation — is owned by Mr Yasn (Database.Domains) and protected by applicable law. No licence is granted other than the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

// 8. suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Where a subscription is ended by us, any refund entitlement is handled by Paddle in line with the refund policy and Paddle's Buyer Terms.

// 9. disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee any uptime level, query latency, refresh interval, or continued availability of any specific feature or dataset.

// 10. limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mr Yasn (Database.Domains) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost domain opportunities, lost revenue or lost data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction are unaffected.

// 11. changes to the service and terms

We may add, change or remove features, plans, limits and pricing, and may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date and, where the change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, communicated by email before the next renewal. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

// 12. governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that place have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.
